As the General Manager at ISO Certification Experts, Andressa (Andy) keeps day-to-day operations running smoothly and consistently. Andy supports the implementation of business strategies, manages system rollouts, and oversees marketing initiatives. A key part of her role is ensuring all company policies and procedures are kept up to date, actively followed, and continually improved. By maintaining the business’s own management systems against the ISO standards the company is certified to, Andy ensures the team stays aligned, organised, and meeting our Certification requirements.
Since 2019, Andy helps the business turn goals into clear, workable realities. She focuses on updating internal systems and workflows so the team has the practical tools needed to maintain high standards. By balancing a professional, process-driven approach with an approachable style, she fosters a collaborative environment where accountability and teamwork go hand in hand to ensure operational consistency.

Andressa brings over 13 years of experience in project coordination, team leadership, and client relations. Transitioning from a strong background in retail and the design industry, she has a proven track record of managing end-to-end projects from initial planning through to final execution and delivery. Her previous experience running complex design and furniture projects has given her deep expertise in managing cross-functional workflows, navigating diverse stakeholder needs, and consistently delivering high-quality results.
Throughout her career, Andy has specialised in refining and implementing processes to drive workplace efficiency and productivity. Her advanced organisational skills allow her to successfully manage schedules, track work progress, and optimise internal operations.
