During 2019 we developed a Quality Management System for the WestonWilliamson+Partners Sydney Office. Initial Certification to ISO 9001 was achieved in December 2019.
During this project, the Quality Management System was also designed to meet the Transport for NSW Authorised Engineering Organisation (AEO) Framework requirements (and the accreditation status is still in progress).
RMA first requested our assistance in Feburary 2011. They were already certified to ISO900:2008, ISO14001:2004 and AS/NZS4801:2001, but had three stand-alone management systems which were creating an administrative burden for the business. We integrated the three systems into one Business Management System, also improving their processes and overall implementation. Over the years and have assisted at various times as required, and during 2016 we assisted with updating their management system to the new Quality and Environmental Management Standards.
JDV Projects required the development and implementation of an Integrated Business Management System, to meet the requirements of the Quality (ISO9001:2015), OHS (AS/NZS 4801:2001) and Environmental (ISO 14001:2015) Management System Standards. We facilitated this process, ensuring integration within the existing operational business processes, and provided implementation guidance and training. The Accredited Certifications to all required Standards were achieved in June 2016. We continue to conduct their ongoing quarterly Internal Audits.
We provided consulting services to adapt the Permasteelisa Group (Asia Pacific region) management system to the Australian business and market requirements, while at the same time updating it to the new Quality and Environmental Standards and ensuring integration with the existing business operational processes. During the project, we also provided in-house Lead Auditor Training (Quality, Safety and Environmental Management) in order to ensure the management team truly understood the intent of the Standards and how they could achieve ongoing continual improvement for the Australian business. The Accredited Certifications to all required Standards were achieved in December 2015: Quality (ISO9001:2015), OHS (AS/NZS 4801:2001 & OHSAS18001:2007) and Environmental (ISO 14001:2015) Management. We continue to conduct their ongoing regular Internal Audits.
We’ve worked with HanLow since 2012, developing and continually improving their Integrated Business Management System, meeting the requirements of and achieving Certification to ISO 9001, AS/NZS 4801, ISO 14001 and the NSW Government WHS Management System Guidelines. HanLow’s Accredited Certifications were first achieved in 2013, and have continually remained in force to date. We continue to conduct their regular Internal Audits, and provide ongoing advice and assistance in the areas of continual improvement, updates to meet the requirements of the new Standards, project documentation and project site management support.
L&M Trenchless came to us after they’d developed their Integrated Business Management System, and requested us to conduct their initial round of internal audits in preparation for their Accredited Certification Audit to ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004 and AS/NZS4801:2001. They achieved Certification in 2015, and since then we’ve provided consulting services on a regular basis, continuing to conduct all of their internal audits, and facilitating continual improvement throughout their management system and operational processes. During 2017, we’re assisting them to update their management system in preparation for upgrading their Certifications to the new Standards.
We first started working with McRobert Contracting Services in 2011, when they required assistance with Internal Audits, addressing issues raised in Non-conformance Reports and advice regarding their Quality Management System documentation and implementation. They were already certified to ISO9001:2008 when we started working with them. Over the years, we also assisted them to upgrade their system and, subsequently achieve Certification to AS/NZS 4801:2001 in 2013.
Since 2014, we’ve worked with SJB Architects (Sydney and Melbourne) to ensure their management system meets all legislative and industry requirements in NSW and Victoria, incorporate all Safety in Design requirements within their design processes, and restructure their systems to meet the specific needs of the SJB business processes, facilitating easier implementation for ongoing continual improvement and optimising operational efficiency, while also improving the user experience. During 2017, we’re also assisting them to update to the requirements of the new Quality and Environmental Standards, and prepare for future Occupational Health & Safety Certification.
In 2013, Challenge Commercial Interiors needed a Quality Plan developed for a project they were working on with Melbourne Water. We developed the Quality Plan, meeting the requirements of ISO9001:2008, and facilitated implementation on the Melbourne Water project (and within the business as a whole), conducted their Internal Audit and finalised full implementation with them.
Construction Assignments had been struggling with a Quality System for a couple of years, wanting to achieve Certification to ISO9001:2008 and not knowing how to get there. Within a few months we worked with them to refine their system to reflect their operations and facilitated effective implementation, including conducting their first round of Internal Audits with them. They achieved Accredited Certification in 2013.
Velocity Air had already completed their Stage 1 Certification Audits to AS/NZS4801:2001 and ISO 14001:2004 when they requested our consulting services in 2014. A number of issues had been raised in their Stage 1 Audit, and our consultant successfully assisted them with addressing all the issues raised. We facilitated more effective implementation with them throughout the business, resulting in successfully achieving their Accredited Certifications in November 2014.
In April 2015, we conducted a Gap Analysis for Highforce, against the certification readiness requirements of AS/NZS4801:2001. They chose to “fill the gaps” themselves, based on our report findings, and then requested we recommend the best-fit Conformity Assessment Body for their business. With the knowledge of their business requirements, we recommended three Conformity Assessment Bodies, arranged for quotes to be provided direct to Highforce, and assisted them in the decision making process. They selected one of our recommended Conformity Assessment Bodies, and successfully achieved Accredited Certification to AS/NZS 4801:2001 in August 2016.
In 2016, we conducted a full Gap Analysis against the requirements of ISO 14001:2015 to determine Endeavour Energy’s current level of conformance to meet the certification requirements of the new Standard. Following the initial documentation review, on-site implementation reviews were conducted at Head Office and a sample of one location per region, to determine the level of implementation of Endeavour Energy’s Environmental Management System at an operational level, to meet the organisational environmental objectives and the certification requirements of the ISO 14001:2015 Standard.
LS Cable & System is delivering a project for Ausgrid to upgrade 5.35km of high voltage electrical cables and associated infrastructure in tunnel networks under Sydney CBD. We developed the full set of project management plans and supporting documentation, and have been contracted since August 2016 to deliver the role of the Project Safety, Health, Environment & Compliance Manager. The role includes conducting all project site audits and all related safety and environmental activities required for the duration of the project, which is expected to be completed by the end of 2017.
In August 2016, Eymael Plumbing engaged us to conduct a Gap Analysis of their already Certified Management System against the requirements of the new Standards – ISO9001:2015 and ISO45001(Draft). Following the Gap Analysis, we’ve also provided consulting services to assist them to begin updating their system to meet the new requirements.
Alliance Network Infrastructure initially engaged us to conduct a Gap Analysis of their management system against the certification readiness requirements of ISO9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and AS/NZS 4801:2001 in July 2015. Following the Gap Analysis, we assisted them to fill the identified gaps and integrate their management system within the existing operational processes, provided implementation guidance and training, and, more recently, assisted them to update to the new Quality and Environmental Standards. Their certification was delayed due to changes in the business, and they’re planning to achieve Accredited Certification during 2017.
In 2018 we developed a Quality Management System for Nitro Sibir, and initial Certification to ISO 9001:2015 was achieved early 2019.
After this initial project, we were re-engaged to move forward with Safety and Environmental Management Certification readiness, and during 2019, we integrated these requirements into the existing system framework. Certification to ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 was achieved in January 2020.
We continue to work with the teams at the Perth and Kalgoorlie offices, provide coaching and ongoing guidance to keep the management system on track and effective.
Since August 2016, we’ve been engaged by Eptec to provide internal auditing services at their Head Office in Ultimo, NSW, and on their project sites Australia-wide. Eptec is already certified across Quality, Safety and Environmental Management, and the scope our audits include current project contract requirements, Eptec’s own Management System requirements, ISO 9001:2008, AS/NZS 4801:2001, ISO 14001:2004 and the NSW Government Work Health & Safety Management System Guidelines. The audits are being completed in accordance with the client’s internal schedule and the scope of each audit is specifically defined as per each individual project’s requirements.
From January to April 2017, we developed and effectively implemented NorvaNivel’s Quality and Environmental Management System with them, and Accredited Certification to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 was successfully achieved in April 2017. We continue to provide their monthly Internal Audits, in accordance with their Internal Audit Schedule, and are assisting them with ongoing continual improvement.
We worked with Flottweg Australia during 2015 and 2016 to conduct a Gap Analysis of their Management System against the requirements of the NSW Government Work Health & Safety Management System Guidelines, and assist them to effectively fill the identified gaps.
In May 2016, we conducted a Gap Analysis of Spirac’s Integrated Management System, which had never been previously certified, against the requirements of the NSW Government Work Health Safety Management System Guidelines. We were also engaged to assist with filling the identified Gaps. Certification to the Guidelines was successfully achieved in September 2016.
Since December 2016, we’ve been engaged by enstruct to provide consulting services to assist with integration, process improvement and re-development of their existing Management Systems to meet the certification readiness requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and AS/NZS 4801:2001/ISO45001.
During 2017-2018 we assisted TTW (across their Canberra, Sydney and Melbourne offices) to restructure, update and integrate their existing management systems to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 (Quality), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental), AS/NZS 4801:2001 (OHS) and the Authorised Engineering Organisation (AEO) Requirements for Transport for NSW. All Certifications and AEO status were achieved in 2019 as planned.
In March 2015 we were engaged by Kebsen to develop an Integrated Management System to meet their Sydney Water contract requirements, and the certification readiness requirements of ISO9001:2008 and the NSW Government Work Health Safety Management Systems Guidelines. Certification to both Standards was successfully achieved by October 2015.
During 2014 and 2015, we developed an Integrated Business Management System for PasTech, to meet the certification readiness requirements of ISO 9001:2008, AS/NZS 4801:2001 and ISO 14001:2004. PasTech chose not to achieve certification, but are maintaining their system for certification readiness, in the event that they choose to achieve certification for their business in future.
In May 2017, we’ve been engaged by Xavier Knight to develop their Integrated Business Management System to meet the certification readiness requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and AS/NZS 4801:2001. Work has commenced in May, and their system is planned to be ready for Certification by the end of 2017.
During 2019 & 2020 we developed an Integrated Management System for Site Services Holdings, covering the scope of their Traffic Management and Security Services. Initial Certification to ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 was achieved in June 2020.
We’re continuing our work with them from July 2020, by conducting their ongoing internal audits, business plan updates and management review meetings with them.
In 2018 we developed a Quality Management System for Mantr Group, including their brands of CTC Communications, Holt Security and Lighthouse Protection. Initial Certification to ISO 9001:2015 was achieved in April 2019.
During 2020 we’re upgrading their system to meet the certification-readiness requirements of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, to achieve the Environmental and Safety Management certifications in April 2021.
During 2015 and 2016 we assisted National Response Centre to develop an Integrated Management System, to meet the certification readiness requirements of the Quality, Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Management System Standards. They chose to take a staged approach to their certifications, successfully achieving certification to ISO 9001:2015 in September 2016, followed by certification to ISO 14001:2015 and AS/NZS 4801:2001 in February 2017.
Since 2014, we’ve assisted Asurion Australia in a variety of ways in relation to Workplace Health and Safety compliance, management system and contractual requirements, including WHS work site and operational assessments.
From 2014 to 2017, Angophora Consulting Arborists engaged us to conduct their regular Quality, Safety and Environmental Management System Internal Audits, as part of their ongoing Certification requirements.
In 2015 we provided consulting services to COJO to integrate the requirements of the Quality Management System Standard (ISO9001:2008) within the existing operational processes, along with implementation guidance and training for certification readiness. Accredited Certification to ISO9001:2008 was achieved in February 2016.
The Cojo Management Team got back in touch with us in 2020 and we conducted a Gap Analysis to upgrade their management system to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2013. The Gap Analysis report gave them enough detail to work through the action items themselves, and they’re planning for certification to both standards in late 2020.
Security Network Protection Group first contacted us in January 2016 and requested we obtain three Accredited Certification quotes for them. After finding out what they needed, we recommended the “best fit” Conformity Assessment Bodies for their industry and business location and arranged three quotes to come directly from the chosen Conformity Assessment Bodies to them. After further advice regarding their business needs, they decided on one of the recommended Conformity Assessment Bodies, and successfully achieved Certification to the Quality, Environmental and OHS Management System Standards in July 2016.
During 2014 we assisted The Coding Company to develop a Quality Management System to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2008. The system was developed, but due to changes in the business, they didn’t move forward with the certification process.
Fisher Jenkin Workplace Safety required assistance with Documentation Management services for OHS Property Audit projects, and Consulting services to transform the Fisher Jenkin OHS Template Business System into an Integrated Management System. We provided various consulting services over a number of years, since 2008.
KMH Environmental required assistance with Internal Audits, addressing issues raised in Non-conformance Reports and advice on Business System documentation and implementation. We provided these Management Consulting services, including coaching in staff ownership, familiarisation and training, in 2012.
SAT engaged us in 2014 to develop an Integrated Business Management System to meet the requirements of ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004, AS/NZS4801:2001 and the NSW Government Work Health and Safety Management System Guidelines. Certification was achieved to the NSW Government Guidelines in 2014, and the other certifications were put on hold at the time due to changes in the business.
In February 2017, Cleansurance requested our assistance to update their already Certified Management System to the new Quality and Environmental Management System Standards – ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. We’re assisting and guiding them on a consultative as-needs basis, in preparation for their upcoming Re-Certification Audit.
Since 2015, we’ve provided ongoing Integrated Management System consulting services to Fantastic Services. The deliverables have included internal audits, addressing Non-conformance Reports, assistance during certification audits and the system upgrade to the requirements of the new Quality and Environmental Standards, whilst also taking into consideration the draft ISO 45001 OHS Standard.
Since 2015, we’ve been assisting Shamrock to develop and effectively implement an Integrated Management System to meet the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and AS/NZS 4801, and also taking into consideration the draft ISO 45001. Their business is growing quickly and certification is not yet a priority for them. We’re continuing to assist them on an ongoing basis.
Dexus Property Group was delivering a Business Transformation Project, including processes, systems and reports. We provided a Senior Project Manager’s Role from 2015 to 2017 to support this project, which included the following: defining project methodology and framework, managing all program schedules, coaching and guiding the elicitation and documentation of requirements and deliverables gathering, defining the testing framework and holding responsibility for all testing outcomes; and coordinating the translation of Business Requirements to Development Specifications for Project Delivery.

Hinterlands specialises in online digital services, website and application design and development. During 2016 and 2017 we’ve been delivering consultancy services to develop their business management system for certification readiness to ISO 27001:2013 Information Security Management Systems.
During 2014 we provided consultancy advice to Greening Australia to update their management system to meet the requirements of the new version of the NSW Government Work Health and Safety Management Systems Guidelines.
During 2017 we’re working with Geistlich Pharma Australia to adapt their Switzerland Headquarters Quality Management System documentation to meet Australian and New Zealand industry, regulatory and market requirements. We’ll also be facilitating effective implementation throughout the business, for certification readiness to ISO 9001:2015 during February 2018.
