Liam’s role as a Consultant at ISO Certification Experts
Liam provides consulting services and leads ISO certification readiness projects for clients across a diverse range of industries. His role involves the development, implementation, and maintenance of management systems to ensure certification readiness, as well as conducting internal audits to monitor conformance and continual improvement.
While Liam is skilled across all four ISO Management System Standards we work with – ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), ISO 45001 (Health & Safety), and ISO 27001 (Information Security) – he has a particular passion and expertise in ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems, helping organisations embed sustainability into their operations.
Since joining the team, Liam has contributed to numerous projects, supporting organisations in achieving and maintaining certification while improving operational efficiency and compliance. By ensuring that quality, safety, and sustainability are deeply integrated into their management systems, Liam ensures that ISO certification adds real value to clients’ operations and business outcomes.

Career Background
Liam is a skilled Consultant with a diverse professional background spanning retail, legal technology, and sustainability. After completing his Bachelor’s degree, he began his career with global homeware retailer IKEA, where he grew into leadership and managerial positions, gaining valuable experience in sales leadership, warehouse operations, and multi-department management. During this time, Liam honed his expertise in operational efficiency, process improvement, and team leadership, building a strong foundation for his consulting career.
Following that, Liam transitioned into the legal-tech sector, joining a start-up that delivered cloud-based accounting and practice management solutions to the Australian legal industry. His contributions played a key role in the company’s growth and successful acquisition by a multinational legal-tech organisation, further strengthening his knowledge of technology-driven business solutions.
Passionate about driving both efficiency and sustainability in organisations, Liam pursued a Graduate Diploma in Sustainability, specialising in business integration. This academic achievement reinforced his commitment to helping businesses adopt sustainable practices that support long-term success.
