Toqeer’s role as a Senior Consultant at ISO Certification Experts
Toqeer leads projects for our clients across a wide range of industries. His role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining management systems to ensure certification readiness for the main ISO Management System Standards, as well as conducting internal audits to verify conformance and promote continual improvement. While highly skilled across ISO 9001 for Quality, ISO 14001 for Environmental and ISO 45001 for Health & Safety, Toqeer brings particularly strong expertise and a deep professional background in ISO 27001 (Information Security) and ISO 20000 (IT Service Management).
Since joining our team, Toqeer has led multiple projects that demonstrate his ability to deliver effective solutions for organisations with diverse needs. Over time, he has also developed strong expertise in working with Primary Health Networks (PHNs), helping them achieve greater resilience and compliance through ISO standards.
Beyond the health sector, Toqeer has also successfully delivered projects for commercial and technology-driven clients. Toqeer is a highly accomplished Senior Cybersecurity and GRC professional, and Lead ISO Auditor, with more than 23 years of experience supporting organisations across a wide range of industries. His career includes delivering major projects for multinational corporations, financial institutions, fintech companies, stock exchanges, insurance providers, defence organisations, and leading ministries and universities. Throughout this work, Toqeer has developed a reputation for strengthening governance, risk and compliance frameworks and building resilient information security management systems aligned with global best practices.
Specialising in cybersecurity, risk management and ISO management system standards, Toqeer brings a unique combination of technical knowledge and practical business insight. He has extensive experience in auditing and implementing ISO 27001 Information Security, ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 14001 Environmental, ISO 20000 ITSM and ISO 45001 Health & Safety management systems for complex organisations. His approach focuses on ensuring standards conformance, reducing risks, and enabling businesses to achieve certification while also improving efficiency and resilience.
