Erica, as Managing Director of ISO Certification Experts, provides strategic leadership and ensures the company’s growth aligns with its mission, values, and long-term vision.
Erica drives the company’s strategic direction, fostering a culture of excellence, integrity, and collaboration across the organisation. She oversees initiatives to improve operational efficiency, supports team development, and ensures the delivery of high-quality consulting services. With extensive experience in consulting, auditing, and management system implementation against the main ISO Management System Standards, Erica ensures ISO Certification Experts remains a trusted, innovative leader in the ISO Standards consulting space, helping businesses achieve their certification goals, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth.

Career Background
Before starting the business, Erica’s career began in Human Resources at HSBC Australia, managing recruitment, financial reporting, salary packaging, and staff services, and later expanded her experience internationally as a Corporate Legal Secretary at Bond Pearce in the UK. Her early career also included roles in an IT software company and an Insurance Brokerage, where she was involved in business development, operational efficiency, HR functions, and finance.
Erica’s expertise in Best Practice and Systems Development began in her role as Best Practice Coordinator at Gartner Group, coordinating and facilitating Best Practice workshops. From 2002 to 2007, she worked with Davis Langdon, providing consultation and support across Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management Systems, certification, auditing, and risk management. Her responsibilities included international coordination, training, financial reporting, audit planning, internal audits, and database management for over 400 clients worldwide, establishing her as a leader in delivering systems and standards excellence.
In 2007, Erica established Especiality Pty Ltd, trading as ISO Certification Experts and ICExperts Academy. Erica has been the Managing Director since 2007, and today leads a team across Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth.
